The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle, focusing on outbound prospecting, qualification, and closing deals by showcasing the value of GlossGenius to teams with 2+ service providers. Responsibilities also include championing customer insights by communicating feedback internally and consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets and KPIs.

The Staff Frontend Engineer will architect and drive the development of scalable, reusable frontend components and shared libraries, while defining the long-term technical direction for the web platform, including framework decisions and architecture patterns. Responsibilities also include setting frontend best practices, owning tooling improvements, and championing the adoption of AI-powered development tools.
