The role involves building AI-native product features by designing and evolving LLM-powered workflows and agentic systems that solve real customer problems, including building multi-step agents with state, memory, and tool use. Engineers will own features end-to-end, collaborating on product direction, considering constraints like cost and latency, and using AI to accelerate development itself.
