The R&D Project Manager coordinates team assignments for efficient and timely handling of client projects by managing the workflow from beginning to end, which includes leading client interviews, assessing R&D tax credit applicability, and preparing necessary documentation and reports. Essential duties involve conducting in-depth interviews, preparing accurate credit calculations at federal and state levels, and developing strong client relationships to ensure timely data reception.

The main goal is to support the Executive Sales Director and Executive Assistant by managing clerical details, ensuring a steady flow of prospects for the Sales Team, and maintaining existing relationships. Principal responsibilities include managing calendars, placing outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining/tracking various administrative and project details using CRM software.

The primary function involves achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration by securing new business opportunities through comprehensive client solutions. Responsibilities include making presentations to clients, actively marketing services, preparing written proposals, and monitoring weekly activity reports.

The Senior Associate executes key components of R&D tax credit studies, including leading client interviews, assessing credit applicability, preparing calculations, drafting documentation, and performing technical research at federal and state levels. Responsibilities also involve reviewing engagement letters, maintaining project documentation, coordinating communications, and quality controlling work performed by Associates.

The R&D Associate supports Project Managers in executing R&D tax credit studies by handling data gathering, client coordination, and documentation preparation. Duties include assisting with kickoff calls, client interviews, supporting credit calculations, and developing foundational knowledge of R&D tax credit regulations.
