The Analyst will serve as the main contact for owner inquiries, professionally responding via phone and email while researching and resolving ownership-related issues concerning documentation and payments. Responsibilities also include maintaining ownership records and coordinating communications with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate updates.

The Lease Analyst will be responsible for accurately setting up new leases in Quorum by interpreting title documents, entering critical provisions, and validating data against source materials. Key duties also involve conducting detailed research on Oklahoma lease records and maintaining clean, audit-ready lease records within the client's system.

This role involves executing structured data conversion, validation, and cleansing tasks for system implementation projects, preparing and transforming legacy data to ensure accuracy for system conversion. The analyst will support implementation efforts by following approved solution designs, maintaining strong documentation, and operating under the direction of a Senior Implementation Consultant.

The role involves supporting core upstream accounting functions, primarily focusing on Joint Interest Billing (JIB) preparation, review, and partner inquiries. Responsibilities also include supporting revenue accounting, validating production data allocations, and assisting with month-end/quarter-end closing activities.
