Designers will collaborate with the in-house studio on various projects including brand campaigns, data-led storytelling, impact reporting, and digital experiences, helping to communicate climate impact with clarity and craft. Specific roles involve creating day-to-day brand assets, social/digital content, campaign materials, and report layouts, while evolving the brand's visual language.

The role involves identifying, engaging, and closing new customers to drive new business acquisition and build relationships with prospects exploring climate action. Responsibilities include end-to-end deal cycle management to ensure a strong pipeline and sustained revenue growth, combining inbound opportunities with proactive outbound prospecting.
