This role is responsible for driving top-of-funnel demand by owning product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution, with a focus on creating foundational demand assets and leading feature launches. The individual will also coordinate company participation in events and ensure sales teams are equipped with consistent messaging and enablement materials.

The Product Manager will define the vision and own the quarterly roadmap for the Shipping & Parcel Audit product, making build vs. buy vs. partner recommendations on core capabilities. They must also define key performance indicators, build performance dashboards, and contribute to commercial model decisions.
