The manager will act as the main mediator between Energy Curing Systems and Fiber Optic Material (ECS-FOM) and its customers, developing and implementing strategies for specific accounts to meet customer needs and increase company revenue. Major tasks include achieving annual sales objectives, developing key account relationships, defining future customer needs, and coordinating cross-functional teams like R&D and supply chain.
