The specialist will conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls to educate and enroll cancer patients into behavioral health services. They are responsible for documenting patient interactions and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate care.

The Associate BHCM provides targeted behavioral health support to cancer patients using the Collaborative Care Model. They act as a bridge between patients and the care team, managing caseloads and monitoring treatment responses.

Act as a strategic partner to the CEO to drive company priorities, execution, and board communications. Lead cross-functional initiatives and build operational systems to scale the company's behavioral healthcare infrastructure.
