The Associate will support state-level policy strategy in the Intermountain West by identifying policy opportunities and executing advocacy campaigns. They will also manage relationships with coalition partners and engage businesses and investors in climate and clean energy initiatives.

The Director will provide deep subject matter expertise on sustainability issues related to data centers, informing research and engagement efforts with companies and investors. This role involves building an integrated approach across Ceres' various programs and networks concerning sustainable data center growth and ensuring Just Transition principles are advanced.

The Associate will provide core support to the Investment Stewardship Working Group and Program teams, focusing on investment stewardship and shareholder proposals, including managing databases and responding to information requests from members and stakeholders. This role involves tracking internal activities, supporting monthly meetings, tracking shareholder proposals in the Investor Portal, and preparing progress reports for various audiences.
