Provide medical leadership and strategic oversight for clinical programs and trials, focusing on safety, efficacy, and data integrity. Lead regulatory interactions, author clinical documents, and manage relationships with KOLs and external vendors.

Lead global drug safety and pharmacovigilance strategies across all clinical phases and post-marketing for small molecule assets. Oversee regulatory compliance, safety reporting, and the development of scalable safety capabilities within a biotech environment.

The Senior Director will lead clinical pharmacology strategy for neuroscience programs, overseeing studies from first-in-human through registrational stages. They will drive dose selection, integrate PK/PD data, and represent the company in regulatory interactions with global health authorities.

The Senior MSL will engage with healthcare professionals to support clinical development and align with Centessa’s strategic medical objectives. This role involves translating complex scientific data into clinical insights and fostering compliant dialogue with thought leaders.
