This role is responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reports for over 30 portfolio companies across various industries, ensuring compliance with GAAP and managing consolidations and intercompany transactions. The Director will also develop and maintain internal controls, manage external relationships, and lead the transition to centralized cash management and standardized accounting practices.
