The Implementation Manager will lead and manage software implementation projects for new and existing customers while serving as a trusted consultant. They are responsible for project scheduling, resource allocation, solution design, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

This senior director will own and evolve the platform-level product strategy, translating company goals into a prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes. They will lead, coach, and develop the product management team while partnering closely with Engineering to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.
