Baton (A Ryder Technology Lab)

The manager will own product analytics, KPI frameworks, and executive-ready insight generation across RyderShare and related technology products. They will translate product usage data, customer feedback, and market signals into actionable business narratives and strategic recommendations.

The Product Marketing Manager will own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for RyderShare while creating sales enablement assets and technical documentation. This role involves collaborating across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure market-facing clarity and effective product launches.
