The Technology Success Advocate provides technical support to end-users across multiple locations, resolving hardware and software issues via helpdesk tickets, phone, and in-person assistance. They are also responsible for managing technology assets, maintaining inventory, and developing knowledgebase documentation.

Design and develop bilingual multimedia learning experiences and online courses for the Bartlett School of Arboriculture. Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex arboriculture concepts into effective learning solutions delivered via LMS.

Provide exceptional technical support to over 3,000 users via phone, chat, email, and in-person. Manage hardware and software installations, Active Directory settings, and maintain the technology knowledgebase and asset inventory.
