The role involves managing production incidents, designing modernization strategies for legacy systems, and integrating AI workflows to enhance team productivity.

The Technical Consultant will lead and support implementation activities for Amtech solutions in cloud or on-premise environments, including configuration, upgrades, and data migration. They will also deliver technical training to customers and collaborate with internal teams for go-live support and troubleshooting.
