The primary responsibility is to qualify plumbing work performed by journeyman plumbers and register necessary permits in Carmel and surrounding cities. Additionally, the role involves providing necessary support to technicians and ownership as needed.

The technician will diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems through observation and testing, performing disassembly and reassembly for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on commercial or residential equipment. Responsibilities also include explaining work to customers, performing routine maintenance, maintaining vehicle stock, and building client relationships.
