I am an interdisciplinary legal, economic, and tax professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation and Revenue Administration, and ongoing studies toward a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (expected 2026). I have gained practical experience working with institutions such as the Uganda Revenue Authority, Kampala Capital City Authority, and the Uganda Bureau of Statistics, where I supported tax administration, economic analysis, and data-driven decision-making. My work focuses on tax policy, public finance, and revenue systems in developing economies. I apply analytical tools including Stata and R to conduct econometric analysis, interpret fiscal data, and develop clear visualizations that inform policy and strategy. I am also a certified Smart Contracts Developer, with a strong interest in digital taxation, blockchain, and Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs). I have contributed to research on international tax frameworks and digital economy taxation, including work on CBDC-driven tax base expansion. Currently, I am undertaking advanced training in tax and development to strengthen my expertise in evidence-based policy reform. I am seeking remote or hybrid roles in tax policy, economic research, data analysis, or public finance where I can contribute to impactful, data-driven solutions in taxation and economic development.
