I supported complex Fortune 500 customer environments across technology, life sciences, publishing, and manufacturing, helping customers navigate adoption challenges, deployment complexity, risk recovery, and long-term platform success. A constant theme in my career has been adaptability. As customer expectations, platform demands, and business priorities changed, I learned to stay flexible, learn quickly, and take on new kinds of work. That mindset is also why I built Trusted Advisor, a self-directed AI project that turned AI fluency into a working product.
