The Partnerships and Integrations Specialist (PINS) is responsible for the successful technical integrations resulting from acquisitions, partnerships, and business growth. The PINS will work closely with peers in Sales, Marketing, R&D and Client experience to ensure successful technical integrations.


What You'll Do:

  • Serves as the single point of accountability for all technical partnerships and integrations

  • Partners with peers in Sales/Business Development to manage the technical portion of partnerships that include a technical integration.

  • Delivers technical evaluation of partnership opportunities according to required timelines

  • Creates and maintains documentation of technical integrations and partnerships to include: Communication contacts, Issue escalation paths, Meeting cadence, ACST Technical Owner(s), and Partner Roadmap.

  • Cultivates and assures multi-tier relationships are built with key partners (Executive, Technical, and Product).

  • Negotiates partnership agreements, terms and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for our company while meeting the needs of our ministry partners.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute partnership integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

  • Monitor and track partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and team members.

  • Monitors, confirms impact, communicates, and otherwise assures that ACST product and engineering teams proactively account for changes made by partners

  • Identifies opportunities to deliver value to ACST and its ministry partners by maximizing partner integrations and embracing new partner offerings

  • Recommends strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements.


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems, Computer science, or related with 6-8 years of experience in SaaS systems with demonstrated experience in technical integration

  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development or related roles, preferably within the technology or software industry

  • Demonstrated ability to work across functional areas

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships

  • Ability to understand the ACST product strategy

  • Ability to maintain a working knowledge of ACST products and services

  • Knowledge of SaaS concepts

  • Detail orientation and ability to create and maintain documentation

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and technical skills, as well as a deep understanding of our industry and target market is a plus.
