We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our team in Edison, NJ. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Human Resources department. Responsibilities:
  1. Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Coordinate the seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Facilitate exit procedures for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
  2. HR Meeting Agendas:
    • Prepare and organize HR-related meetings, including creating agendas, scheduling, and distributing materials.
    • Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure effective communication during team meetings.
  3. Mail Processing and Greeting Visitors:
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to HR matters.
    • Greet employees, candidates, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  4. Microsoft Office 365 (MS O365):
    • Proficiency in MS O365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  5. Benefits and Payroll:
    • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, inquiries, and changes.
    • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related tasks.
    • Tracking Paid Time Off balances and Leaves.
  6. Employee Relations:
    • Address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances promptly and professionally.
    • Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a supportive work environment.
  7. Plan and Organize Company Events:
    • You'll play a crucial role in orchestrating successful corporate events. Your responsibilities will span from initial conception to final execution.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in the United States.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
