Stay positive and confident, and don't be disheartened if you don't get an immediate yes. Your employer will likely need to consider your proposal and discuss it with his superiors.

I would definitely take some time off such as reading books or listening podcasts, but will keep the team updated.


What if you are not available when we need you?

I will start and end my day at fixed hours, which will also be updated in the calendar, marking my presence. In case of any emergency, I will always be available on phone during my work hours.
