WHO YOU ARE:
As a Solution Architect on our Emerging Services team, your primary focus is on growing your expertise in Salesforce's newest tools while implementing them for our clients. This role will specialize in [Insert tool here].
As a Solution Architect, you will drive the discovery conversations with customers, design the solution, and lead a team of Levsters during implementation. You will be heavily involved in hands-on build work. Our Solution Architects are experienced consultants with vast knowledge of personalized marketing technology and are depended on by our customers for technical vision and proactive and strategic advice.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
+ Work as part of an overall delivery team to deliver a legendary customer experience on Salesforce marketing solutions
+ Be comfortable learning new technologies with different levels of support/enablement. Emerging Services team members will often be learning tools at the same time as they are implementing, consulting, and teaching others.
+ Lead consultative engagements with clients across all industries on business goals and challenges.
+ Confidently leads projects with multiple clients at the same time
+ Architect a detailed solution tailored to customers' goals, taking into account their current and future-state environment.
+ Effectively communicate and present the design, positive impacts, and limitations of proposed solutions to customers.
+ Approach each customer as unique, ensuring that their environment, skill set, internal processes, and business structure are accounted for in overall designs.
+ Build and fully test the solutions as designed, working with customers to iterate through modifications and revisions.
+ Document design and/or maintenance processes as necessary.
+ Provide in-depth training as appropriate to ensure customers are self-sustaining.
+ Collaborate with other team members to validate solutions, solve technical challenges, and share knowledge.
+ Average of 10% travel, up to 25%, to client locations throughout the U.S.
+ Perform other duties required and assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
+ 5+ years implementing software solutions for external customers
+ 1 or more years working on or with marketing teams
+ Experience going deep into clients' current processes to fully understand the nature of their business, while identifying how and why their business goals are critical.
+ Demonstrated track record in learning new technologies quickly
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
+ Experience designing and delivering a training program tailored to clients' needs.
+ Previous role that involved working with relational data models and data integrations into multiple systems
+ Experience mentoring individuals in an equal or lesser role.
