Workday Payroll Testing Lead

Our client is implementing Workday Payroll and requires an experienced Workday Payroll Testing Lead to join the team and run the parallel testing phase. The successful candidate will have experience as a Payroll Testing Lead multiple end-to-end implementations of Workday, and be able to - Lead the Parallel Testing phase - Manage a small team of testers and perform hands-on testing as well - Work with the implementation team to communicate testing results and effect remediation This is a hands-on role - must be able to work effectively to perform testing as well as lead the testing team. Strong client-facing skills and a demonstrated ability to work closely with senior Business and IT stakeholders A prior or active certification in Workday Payroll is required. This is a full-time assignment requiring attendance on all calls, meetings and working sessions during Central Time Zone working hours. During the COVID-19 outbreak, this role will be 100 remote.
