Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer information professionally and efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance support strategies and processes.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and contribute to team success.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
  • Motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies is beneficial.
