Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.
