Job Description

The U.S. Wealth Management business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and comprised of the Chase Wealth Management business, J.P. Morgan Securities and You Invest - our digital investing platform. The combined business has ~$400 billion in Assets under Management and ~4,000 advisors who work out of 3,500 branches and 21 offices. As a Digital Middle Office Business Process Analyst, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Serve as the department's liaison with our Service Organization's Metrics & Reporting team Serve as the department's lead for all adhoc reporting needs, which may include report creation & analysis, in addition to working with various reporting applications/groups to obtain needed data Serve as the department's Design Thinking lead, which will include ownership of various design thinking applications (Signavio, Xceptor, Altreyx + new applications identify) Coordinate, Maintain and Create department presentations needed for Sr. Management, business updates, process improvement & project initiatives as needed Lead the department's Administrative functions including: Staff Mtg. Agendas Licensing Inventory / Birthdays Proficiency Grid Task timing coordination Dept. Email/distribution ownership Represent the Middle Office in product development efforts/meeting/build sessions in support of department needs to drive business opportunities/solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in investment related roles, with a focus on customer service and support preferred 1-3 years of experience with an advanced understanding of excel, the ability to comb through large data sets General knowledge of brokerage industry regulatory requirements Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and professionalism who has demonstrated the ability to handle multiple concurrent issues within strict time frames Must hold or obtain FINRA Series 7 for this position Strong analytical skills with a close attention to detail, demonstrating a focus on continuous process improvement Ability to present a professional image and demeanor to internal/external customers and team members Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external customers Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs Strong organizational skills Accelerated skills in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel proficiency preferred Prior experience with Chase Wealth Management Brokerage line of business applications a plus JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
