One of our companies is currently looking for a VP of GTM Strategy & Operations in the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, driving the expansion of new markets and products, and optimizing revenue operations across multiple sales segments. Your leadership will guide the growth of the company’s revenue function, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives while supporting strategic business opportunities. You will manage a high-performing team across revenue operations, partner marketing, and sales enablement, enabling efficient scaling and accelerating growth.
Accountabilities:
- Own and execute a holistic, verticalized GTM strategy that spans inbound/outbound demand generation, sales channels, and multi-segment models.
- Identify new distribution channels and markets, developing business cases and leading execution from proof of concept to scalable initiatives.
- Lead and mentor teams across Revenue Operations, Enablement, Partner Marketing, and Implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Manage the day-to-day operational needs for sales and post-sales teams, including territory management, compensation plans, CRM systems, and other tools.
- Continuously assess and improve processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize sales growth and enhance revenue generation.
- Use business intelligence tools (HubSpot, Sigma, Excel) to provide strategic insights and forecasts that guide decision-making.
- Build and develop a high-performing team, attracting top talent to drive the success of the revenue function.
- Ensure visibility into priorities and progress for key stakeholders, aligning GTM operations with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue or business operations leadership roles, with 10+ years preferred.
- Proven track record of leading GTM and revenue operations functions in hyper-growth environments, ideally with companies generating $150M+ in revenue.
- Extensive experience managing B2B sales organizations with 75+ employees in high-velocity, verticalized GTM motions.
- Demonstrated success in supporting both SMB and Enterprise sales, leveraging inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Experience evolving GTM processes and playbooks to support product expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in business intelligence tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
