Job Description

Company is looking for its next Marketing leader to grow the Marketing team and take our rapidly-scaling organization to the next level! Reporting to the COO, this dynamic and strategic Marketing leader will be responsible for leading our marketing team and delivering all marketing programs and go-to-market strategies, including areas such as demand generation, product marketing, creative and customer marketing.

You will continue to build and drive the scale of our marketing organization to support Company's growth while evolving and enhancing the story of how automated sourcing is revolutionizing the way all companies buy and sell. The role requires the ability to bring the voice of the customer and the prospect into the sales cycle and to build and maintain a team that creates and tells stories that deliver clarity, awareness, consideration, purchase, and ongoing learning and advocacy to ultimately, grow Company.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee a growing team of marketing professionals focused on Demand Generation, Creative, Operations and data/analytics, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing
  • Develop and drive the branding of the company, product positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy
  • Oversee all lead and demand generation processes - from community building, digital marketing and events.
  • Create, implement, and continually refine Company's Marketing strategy, aligning with the company's overall direction and breaking it down into measurable goals for your team
  • Work cross-functionally with partner organizations to ensure alignment of business goals with Sales, Product/Engineering, and Customer Success
  • Bring a data-driven approach to all marketing efforts, modeling, and forecasting ROI, analyzing funnel metrics
  • Align with the leadership team on strategy, annual budgets, and plans
