Your experience in Talent Acquisition has led you to look for a new role where you can create an impact and do more than just fill vacancies. You'll be an OSL advocate supporting your candidates and hiring managers. Situated in CITY/STATE, as a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will fill various retail roles and help take OSL to the next level.
What you do:
Attract and build an impressive network of talent in the region to fill retail leadership roles, across all OSL retail.
You will be in heart of the action, providing "boots on the ground recruiting" in your CITY/STATE solving problems in tough to fill markets to find top talent.
Grow market intelligence, understand regional requirements, and gain insight on active and passive candidates.
Leverages traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and qualified pipeline of candidates
Conducts market specific research to ensure that localized recruitment efforts are deployed including associations, campus recruitment, organizations, competitive insight
Support our seasonal hiring peaks by crafting and executing a compelling and fully branded mass hiring campaign.
Deliver a full cycle recruitment process, as well as enhance recruiting strategies, processes, and tools that align with attracting the best
Coach Hiring Managers on best practices for hiring and ensure consistent candidate selection.
Executes a social media recruitment to engage top talent
