Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Contact existing customers on behalf of SiriusXM Satellite Radio.
  • Upgrade or resubscribe their services utilizing state of the art technology and client relationship management systems
  • Deliver sales (number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc) results that meet client performance objectives.
  • Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives.
  • Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections.
  • Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Tennessee Resident
  • Must complete a video interview. Link will be emailed if selected
  • Private and secure work space at home free from background noise or distractions
  • Sales, Retail, Restaurant or Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Professional vocabulary
  • Excellent Communication skills both oral and written
  • Assertive, quick thinking
  • Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
  • Prior work from home call center experience a plus!
  • Good computer skills
  • Must pass a standard background check

Technical Requirements:

  • Must provide your own Computer
  • Internet Connection - Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 5mbps upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable (no dial-up, satellite, and mobile broadband connections)
  • Windows 10 Desktop or laptop current on all security updates or Macbook ( At least MacOS Mojave 10.14 or higher)
  • For Macbook Users, you will be required to have a Landline. if Landline is not available, you may avail yourself of the low-cost paid softphone through CounterPath. This service is around $35 / year.

  • Dual Screen Set-up - a separate 19" monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution (this does not include monitors associated with an All-In-One (AIO) unit)
