One of our companies is currently looking for a Vice President, Public Sector & Enterprise Solutions in the United States.

This executive leadership role is focused on driving strategic initiatives to bridge Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring that customer needs in the Federal and Enterprise sectors are addressed with precision. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for managing customer-facing technical sales efforts, guiding product development based on market feedback, and mentoring a team of Federal and Enterprise Sales Engineers. Your work will be integral to expanding upmarket opportunities while optimizing internal processes and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Accountabilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Vice President of Enterprise and Federal Growth, overseeing upmarket expansion and customer success strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer requirements into actionable product enhancements and ensure they are prioritized correctly within the engineering pipeline.
  • Lead the translation of technical requirements for high-stakes upmarket deals, ensuring successful execution and alignment between Sales and Engineering teams.
  • Manage a growing team of Federal and Enterprise Sales Engineers, offering both leadership and hands-on support to foster expertise and enablement.
  • Review and optimize processes, such as RFP submissions and team growth forecasting, to avoid bottlenecks and ensure alignment with business growth objectives.
  • Partner with the Professional Services team to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring seamless integration and maximum customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in endpoint management for large enterprises, with a focus on Federal customers.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and serving as an integration layer between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Ability to navigate high-pressure situations with poise, particularly in customer-facing environments where precision is critical.
  • Strong technical background, with an engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience; business education or certifications are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of Federal certifications and requirements, such as FedRAMP and DoD Impact Levels, is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with strategic decision-makers and influencing senior leadership in product and business strategy.
  • Security clearance or previous experience with security certifications is a plus.
