Drives the vision, strategy and implementation plans for an industry, offering, operations or strategic practice to pursue and ensure the attainment of the organization's financial and strategic business objectives.

 

Your role in our mission
  • Provides leadership and guidance; serves as a strategic advisor in area of expertise. Executes the global industry, practice, offering or operations strategy.
  • Manages relationships with the customer community fostering a relationship of trust and mutual respect. Assists when necessary to resolve program issues.
  • Drives financial targets, as well as investment and revenue goals to support company strategic objectives. Works with the finance team and ensures controls are in place related to budgets and investments. 
  • Creates market leadership position in practice, industry, offering or operations. Works with appropriate solution leaders to tailor offerings to the unique needs of each client.  Implements strategies to enhance the client experience. 
    Generates and establishes global business case for investment and opportunities, presenting case to leadership and executing as approved.

 

What we're looking for
  • Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Twenty or more years of business development, sales, marketing, or directly related experience
  • Experience working with company products, services, competencies, solutions, and offerings
  • Experience working with standard company sales methodology and supporting tools and applications

  • Fully remote position. 

  • Opportunity to travel through your work up to 25% of the time.

The pay range for this position is $152,400.00 - $217,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
