Job Overview:

The Vice President of Franchise Development will lead the strategy and execution of our franchise expansion efforts. This role is responsible for identifying and recruiting new franchisees, driving growth, and ensuring the long-term success of our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Recruitment & Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan for recruiting new franchise partners and expanding the brand’s footprint.
  • Market Analysis: Identify new markets for expansion and assess industry trends to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Franchise Support: Oversee the creation of training programs, ongoing support, and operational systems to ensure franchisee success.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with franchisees to ensure alignment with brand standards and operational goals.
  • Sales & Marketing Leadership: Lead franchise marketing initiatives and collaborate on lead generation strategies to attract high-quality franchise candidates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to ensure franchise development goals align with overall business objectives and brand vision.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of the franchise development program and ensure growth targets are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in franchise development and expansion.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of franchise operations, marketing, and business development.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for growth.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
