The HR Technology team needs an Experience + Service Delivery Technology Director Fellow with experience working in an agile environment, whose focus will be on delivering self-service, shared services, case management solutions via ServiceNow throughout the duration of the fellowship. What will you work on? In partnership with Architects, Business Stakeholders, Customers, and Product Owners you will be responsible for driving and enabling manager, employee and HR self-service through the strategic use of ServiceNow's case management platform and portal. Brings a point-of-view and thought leadership in the areas of HR service delivery and ServiceNow's Case Management and Portal products Actively contributes unique ideas and expertise, in addition to gaining input and collaboration from key partners Manage a product team to build new solutions and integrate solutions into NIKE global platforms Manage relationships and productivity with ServiceNow Intake and provide estimates through the product lifecycle process to help plan for near, mid and long term capability delivery and facilitate trade off discussions with partners Assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between customer needs, technology requirements and costs Use key personas, journey mapping and process excellence to simplify and streamline end-to-end employee experiences and make them more 'consumer-like' experiences Make recommendations for process improvements utilizing existing and new HR technology to improve the efficiency of Human Resources operations Ensure the successful delivery of enterprise solutions with emphasis in these areas: Security, privacy, scalability, maintainability and performance Collaborate with the Enterprise Service Management team to determine the optimum release strategy Oversee and engage in production support including defining and managing to KPI's, incident and problem management Ensure priorities have vital funding and review cost of accepted features. Build an effective team and partnership with partners Manages, mentors, and inspires a team; managing performance, goals and development potential What you bring Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of experience working with HR service delivery products like ServiceNow and RightNow Minimum of 5 years of experience and success in designing and delivering service delivery solutions and managing vendor relationships Experience in the delivery and implementation of at least one ServiceNow HRSD core module Solid understanding of SLDC's, Common development practices, Agile, and Lean principles Has an in-depth expertise in learning as well as broad knowledge of other fields In-depth knowledge of the relationship between business process and supporting solutions Deep expertise working with technology solutions to optimize employee experiences In depth knowledge of front and back-end content and knowledge management systems (preferably ServiceNow) and devices and connectivity capability to a variety of platforms Experience with natural language processing for case management, content management and easy-to-use mobile and web platforms Experience managing content development and development of processes for chatbots / digital virtual assistants for employee processes and services Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, VersionOne preferred Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc. Excellent collaboration and relationship management Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management Experience leading cross-functional work Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively Experience leading others in resolving complex issues Advanced critical thinking and ability to creatively solve complex, unique problems with large business impact Identify and resolve complex, technical operational and organizational problems Address current and future customer needs through innovative solutions Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve both process and people related issues Previous management experience required Valari_Fellowship NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
