- Own the end-to-end research process within your domain including prioritizing & scoping, recruiting participants, collecting data, synthesizing and analyzing data, and delivering findings
- Partner closely with cross-functional team members in identifying key research objectives and questions to address research needs across the product lifecycle
- Translate research findings into actionable insights, and strategic narratives through compelling storytelling and creative artifacts, reports, and read-outs
- Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, including senior leadership
What you have:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in UX Research, Design Research, or Human Factors Engineering
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, Anthropology, or related field
- Strong proficiency with qualitative or mixed-methods research and executing both evaluative and generative studies

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders
- Experience with remote testing tools (e.g., dscout, UserTesting, UserZoom, etc.)
- A deep curiosity and passion for uncovering user needs, motivations, behaviors, and pain points
- Bonus points for having comfort/familiarity with quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, log data analysis) or an interest in developing those skills
Where you’ll live:
- While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates.
