Consumer User Test Specialist

Then you might be a good fit for an exciting opportunity to join our client as a Consumer User Test Specialist Coordinator.
This is a contract to hire position that is starting as remote position (using Zoom) but will eventually move onsite to this client's facility in Bedford MA.
(Hourly rate: 20-30/hr- DOE)
Essential functions include:
The individual in this role will work as part of the User Test Team within Systems Engineering and will work closely with Chief Engineers, Program Managers, Product Managers, as well as Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Test Engineering and User Experience leads. The successful candidate will have experience or capability to quickly learn all aspe cts of user-facing testing.
Skills Required:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role
MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Direct experience interacting with customers and resolving issues and troubleshooting electronic systems
Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
Experience with iOS and/or Android mobile apps
Advanced Excel and data analysis skill are strongly desired as well as experience with ticketing systems like Jira.
