We offer a competitive salary, generous benefits, unlimited growth potential, and a collegiate work environment.We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join our team.The User Experience Designer will be responsible for the development and design of Uniteks internal and external user experiences on companys websites, learning management system, and within e-learning authoring tools. He/She will create user-friendly materials that support WCAG 2.1 and provide a positive learning or navigation experience. In addition, the User Experience Designer will conduct user testing when appropriate and apply feedback to improve the user experience.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the creation and implementation of customized experiences for the digital userProduce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards and site mapsProvide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behaviorPerform tests on user interface elements such as CTAs, layouts, target links, landing pages and bannersCreate and maintain CSS for the learning management system that supports a superior user experience both visually and through enhanced functionalityCreate templates to meet the requirements of a variety of course and program offerings within the LMSApply WCAG 2.1 guidelines to web, LMS, and online course assets to support accessible E-learning experiencesUse the principles of universal design for learning to support positive learning experiences for all studentsDevelop SharePoint sites and/or portal sites that support student and faculty experiences Create infographics, templates, and resources to support subject matter expert course developmentAlternative duties and tasks as designated

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or similarKnowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScriptAbility to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate and understand ideas Knowledge of industry tools like Adobe, Zeplin, OmniGraffle, Illustrator, Sketch, and Articulate 360Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challengesBachelors degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or similarKnowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScriptAbility to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate and understand ideas Knowledge of industry tools like Adobe, Zeplin, OmniGraffle, Illustrator, Sketch, and Articulate 360Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges
