We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager  to join our team to be part of creating and launching a new mobile game for iOS and Android platforms in a new niche for people from the Tier-1 region.

About your key responsibilities and impact:
  • Planning, creating, managing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns
  • Focus on data and creating daily/weekly cohorted reports
  • Ad budget management and eROAS target delivering
  • Work with the marketing art team to sync up creative strategies, creative tests and KPIs.
  • Manage the relations with ad network partners like Facebook, Unity, ironSource etc.
  • Managing and maintaining customer support channels


About you:
  • 1-2 years of experience in user acquisition 
  • Having a good understanding of the working mechanism of ad networks
  • Experience in planning, creating, testing and optimizing ad creatives
  • Solid knowledge of MMPs (such as Appsflyer, Adjust etc)
  • Passion about Mobile Gaming and good understanding of the market
  • Being aware of UA trends and technologies


Will be a plus:
  • High level of social skills for clear communication
  • Detail-oriented with a strong “hands-on mentality” 
  • Result-oriented with a high level of commitment and owner mindset
  • Empathetic to create synergy within a remote working international team
