A successful Remote Wealth Management Site Leader will lead multiple remote Advisor teams that work in a team environment to offer comprehensive investments solutions and advice to individuals and families remotely. The Remote Wealth Management Site Leader plays a key role in ensuring our customer obsessed culture. We make it easy to bank and invest when, where and how our customers want. The Remote Wealth Management Site Leader creates a culture of excellence and an environment that meets a high standard of customer service and excellence within the community by building deep relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.ResponsibilitiesThinks strategically, sets goals, communicates clearly and collaborates & influences appropriately to accomplish JP Morgan Wealth Management goals Establishing a new regional center by recruiting, hiring and staffing top talent partnering with internal recruiting resources and leveraging personal network. Responsible for managing talent strategy of the site, and ensuring growth and career development of advisors and leaders Play a leadership role in developing alternative investment channels that include client access to digital tools and financial consultants Ensure talent and performance strategies are in place to coach, develop and promote Financial Consultant Team Leads, including performing call monitoring reviews to ensure quality interactions End to end leadership and ownership of client and employee experience within the site. Champion diversity and inclusion across all staff. Be a visionary who influences the use of technology to meet the customers' needs of today and the future Closely partner with Legal, Risk, Control and Compliance and be expected to manage all day-to-day administrative, supervisory and operational aspects of the site in order to achieve JP Morgan Wealth Management Investment Direct strategic objectives Drive integration with One Chase partners to include but may not be limited to Banking, Lending and digital Responsible to drive key initiatives, process improvements and resolution of key challenges in the site location that are identified on a daily basis Respond to events, make tactical decisions, and execute plans (e.g. test and learn call deployment, call volume spike due to market conditions, resiliency issues, etc.) Ability to translate knowledge of financial markets and economic trends in the execution of growth strategy QualificationsAn investment industry leader with10 years or more of leadership experience in wealth management or brokerage; strong business and investment acumen - knowledge of Investment Products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), managed accounts, and employee benefit programs required Ability to balance producing strong results with proper risk management, strong compliance record in previous position(s) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; adaptive to change Excellent communication skills, highly professional and experienced in creating and presenting information to large audiences at various levels of the organization Extremely organized and detail oriented, demonstrated knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) A valid and active Series 7 A valid and active Series 66 license is required or ability to obtain within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) is required or ability to obtain within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required or may be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
