As a Performance Management / Standardization Analyst Lead at R1, you will play a critical role in driving operational performance through data analysis, reporting, and process standardization. This role combines hands-on revenue cycle analytics with advanced data capabilities, including building reports, writing SQL queries, and developing dashboards to uncover insights and improve outcomes across the business. You will act as a key partner to operations and leadership, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that support client performance, revenue improvement, and workflow optimization

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and SQL queries to support performance tracking.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

  • Support revenue cycle operations by resolving issues and optimizing workflows.

  • Drive process standardization and reporting consistency across teams.

  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare operations, or data analytics (2–5+ years preferred)

  • Strong proficiency in:

    • SQL (required)

    • Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

    • Excel and reporting tools

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $48,131.00 - $81,225.49 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
