The US Campus Recruiter at Staff4Me will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with universities and colleges across the United States. In this position, you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent from campus environments to support our organization's growth and workforce diversity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about shaping the future workforce and has strong networking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with campus career services and recruitment offices at target schools.
  • Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top students and recent graduates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Coordinate and attend campus recruitment events, job fairs, and information sessions to showcase the company and meet potential candidates.
  • Conduct information sessions and workshops to inform students about job opportunities and the hiring process.
  • Screen and interview student candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Enhance the employer brand on campus by promoting staff4Me through various social media platforms and campus partnerships.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Track and report on campus recruitment metrics, including candidate pipeline and hiring statistics.
  • Provide ongoing support and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to develop recruitment materials and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in campus recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of the campus recruitment landscape and trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and social media for recruitment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to campuses for recruitment events as needed.
