Job Description

Updox, an EverCommerce company, is hiring an Account Executive to join our growing sales organization.

You

You naturally share in our passion for innovation and improving the healthcare experience. In this role, you will join our growing Sales team and engage with qualified prospects and existing customers (80/20) to demonstrate how Updox will improve their business and patient experience.

Our AE team is responsible for the entire customer lifecycle from first demo to new customer acquisition as well as account expansion opportunities. Success in the AE role at Updox means quickly learning our robust platform capabilities, all relevant customer use-cases, and how we work with our partner ecosystem. Performance is measured across a variety of KPI's related to intelligent solution selling, pipeline management, and ultimately your ability to acquire the right customers, the right way, at the right time.

What you'll do
  • Research and analyze prospective accounts
  • Host multiple product demonstrations via Zoom daily
  • Expertly manage and prioritize your funnel and calendar
  • Provide expert product knowledge and timely solutioning for opportunities
  • Ensure new clients are positioned for long-term success using Updox

Where

Updox has an office in Columbus, OH, but this role can be based anywhere in the US. If you're in the Columbus area, you'll have access to our office and the rest of the Updox team when our offices reopen post-pandemic.

What you'll bring...
  • 4-8 years of experience in a high velocity, new business sales role at a modern SaaS company
  • Some working knowledge of modern medical practices' processes, tech stack, and/or operations
  • Advanced experience with modern CRM and other Sales tech applications (Salesforce.com, Salesloft/Outreach, Vidyard, Chilipiper, Gong, Docusign, Zuora, etc.)
  • Proven success winning new accounts solely via phone/webinar
  • Professionally excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to self-improve core business development skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with cost sensitive buyer personas
  • High-energy, positive attitude, and strong desire to improve through coaching
  • Listens with purpose and naturally curious
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Proven success selling SaaS into independent medical provider practices (bonus)
