JK Seva, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced UKG Pro Sr Solution Consultant in the Information Technology and Services industry. As a UKG Pro Sr Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, upgrading, and optimizing UKG Pro solutions for our clients in various industries including Healthcare, Government, Public Safety, Banking and Finance, Hospitality, and Gaming.

As a UKG Pro Sr Solution Consultant, you will have the opportunity to leverage our knowledge and experience to provide excellent project oversight, industry best practices, business process insights, and expanded training options.
- Assist with implementations, troubleshooting, upgrades, interfaces, and integrations.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and provide expert advice and recommendations for optimal system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Configure UKG Pro Suite solution to meet client-specific needs and help integrate with existing systems.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients throughout the implementation process.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for system optimization and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements related to UKG Pro Suite and other relevant software solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro Suite (formerly Ultimate) software solutions.
- Broad knowledge of labor management, HCM, scheduling, leave management, or similar domain product/systems
- Consulting/customer interface with UKG experience
- Strong grasp of human resource and payroll (HR/PR) processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
