Our client is looking for passionate and dynamic Customer Service Advisors to join the team and drive exceptional service. Put simply, they want their growing customer base to experience a fantastic personable service.
The remote UK wide team engage with customers via webchat or telephone covering a range of different queries.
* Engage with customers via inbound and outbound phone calls or live chat
* Book Home Visit appointments for mobile showrooms
* Enhance the customer experience in every interaction
* Identify and escalate any issues which impact the customer experience to continually improve the service.
* Work closely with your peers to deliver a smooth, simple and easy customer experience
To be successful
* Passion to deliver outstanding customer service
* Minimum of 2 years working in a Customer Service team ideally within a call centre environment.
* Fast paced. flexible style of working
* Be able to manage your time effectively and build strong relationships with your peers and customers
