UI/UX Designer/Developer no subs 100% remote

The UI/UX designer/developer skill set will design and implement all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as the portal consolidation project.

The UI/UX Designer/Developer will work closely with the researcher to ensure a seamless design to implementation is achieved.

5+ years detail-oriented experience creating and walking stakeholders through user journeys, wires, prototypes, usability studies, and other design deliverables
An understanding of what makes an experience good or bad is critical. You can think through user problems, find reasonable solutions, mock them up in detail, and work with engineers to build them
Must be a self-starter who actively seeks ways to make the experience both visually appealing and easy to use
Must understand the technical limitations and liberties behind decisions and have enough chops to communicate ideas to engineers and the rest of the team.
Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Strong user research thrives on truly understanding the users to uncover their true needs.

• Comfortable meeting with people at all levels of the organization, C-level down
• Robust wireframing experience using tools such as JusInMind, Axure RP, Adobe XD, etc. Even experience wireframing on the fly is a strength - helping to gain consensus.
• Modern portfolio of work
• Incredibly strong Frontend developer with experience working in a .NET environment helping to establish standards, component libraries, etc. for use by others (mainly backend developers)
• UX research & validation experience with software & hardware
• Experienced in UI Design processes & quality validation
• Advanced understanding of Server Side & Client Side Programming a plus
