UGC Short Form Content Creator (TikTok, Instagram)

What You’ll Do: 

🎬 Create 3-7 short videos per week (flexible schedule, remote-friendly)
 📄 Use our hooks & ideas or come up with your own 🔥
 💰 Get performance bonuses for viral hits (10k, 100k, 1M views = 💸)
 📈 Help build a movement for people done with commutes, cubicles & fake remote jobs 

Requirements: 

✅ Comfortable on camera (or with someone who is)
✅ Knows TikTok trends, sounds, and story formats
✅ Can edit on CapCut, Reels, or TikTok’s native tools
✅ Understands the struggles of job seekers (ghosting, layoff PTSD, resume stress)
✅ Has a strong POV and good energy—whether you’re a job seeker, recruiter, or just love calling out BS online 

Nice to Have: 

👩‍💻 Past experience in content, UGC, or a job hunt journey you can turn into content
 💬 Funny, punchy, meme-savvy delivery
 🌍 Based in an English-speaking country
