. Requirements:

As a UC Pre Sales Engineer, you are a part of our team of experts responsible for supporting cross-selling of Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions in the New Era US footprint. In this role, you will work directly with the Sales, Project Management, and Engineering teams to support UC/CC projects in the US. Initial Duties will be direct coordination with local sales teams to support cross-selling activities. In this role, you will focus on UC/CC sales into New Era locations that do not currently have a UC or CC practice. In addition, you will work with Marketing to produce collateral and quarterly campaigns with local sales teams. These efforts will be sales customer service focused so to ensure the experiences are as positive as possible.

UC Pre Sales Engineer, Remote will:

  • Work with regional sales teams to educate on Unified Communications and Contact Center & create opportunities
  • Grow UC/CC solutions sales as cross-sell in non-UC/CC locations
  • Coordinate quarterly efforts with Marketing as Webinars and General UC/CC content
  • Prospecting / Networking with New Era Sales Team
  • Support and review Proposal development and delivery to customers
  • Product demonstrations (on-site and off-site)
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients
  • Identify new business opportunities with clients, partners, and manufacturers.
  • Confer with potential customers regarding product needs and advise customers on types of products to purchase and new product offerings
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
  • Present to c-suite clients

UC Pre Sales Engineer, Remote has:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • An aggressive, energetic, self-starter with an established skillset in solution and relationship sales
  • Proven history of performance in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships at the enterprise level, including competence and confidence in presenting at the Director, VP, and C-level.
  • Excellent networking, presentation, and communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including a strong familiarity with the Microsoft Platform, and an understanding of technology trends and solutions within the UC/CC marketplace.


UC Pre Sales Engineer REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with Unified Communications and Contact Center Sales.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Remote with 60% travel
