Your job:
As a Client Success Specialist you will communicate directly with clients, primarily through email and phone, and work closely with our internal Sales, Product and Technical teams to ensure a flawless experience with us from the beginning. Your focus:
•Handle client requests and operational tasks from a queue within set turnaround times
•Educate clients on how to manage Resume subscriptions, billing inquiries related to the Resume product, and best practices for Recruiters contacting job seekers
•Liaise with internal moderation team to help with Recruiters blocked from Resume
•Educate employers/recruiters on how to navigate company's job posting platform, manage applicants, and optimize job descriptions
•Identify patterns and propose improvements to products, processes, and/or workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness
•Address automated performance alerts triggered on spending Enterprise accounts
•Process employers' intake forms for new products and activate accordingly
•Complete ad-hoc reporting requests from employers and the Account Management team
•Create and edit sponsored job campaigns within client accounts
Who you are:
•1+ years of experience in a queue-based role and/or client facing environment for applicants with a Bachelor's degree
•2+ years of experience in a queue-based role and/or client facing environment for applicants without a Bachelor's degree
•Strong execution and prioritization skills demonstrated by the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•Must be adaptable and embrace change
•Strong critical thinking, with an eye for detail
•Well-organized and self-directed who can work with a minimal amount of supervision
•Can interact with people at all levels of an organization
•Excellent social skills with a strong customer focus
•Intermediate to advanced computer experience (Web-based software programs, typing, and using multiple softwares to complete tasks, ie. CRM)
•Motivated, someone who is not afraid to take initiative on tasks that are outside the scope of the role and who has a go-getter mentality
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Strong executive presence
