Job Responsibilities

As a Construction Manager at KCG Companies, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing inside the fence operations for multi-family wood frame projects from conception to completion. Duties will include documenting project conditions and progress, reporting and managing the schedule, and following up with sub crew and foremen. Your conscientious and detail-oriented nature will play a crucial role in anticipating and resolving potential challenges, ensuring smooth project execution. You will utilize your expertise in Procore software to optimize project workflows and enhance communication across all stakeholders.
