· Execute the Investigations/Screening Request for Information process from approval to resolution of each request, collaborating with stakeholders within the Community Bank and fintech partners.

· Assist in drafting Account Closure documentation for presentation to the Accounts Review Committee regarding customer relationships identified as outside the Bank's risk tolerance as identified through the TM investigations and screening related functions.

· Assist in the collection and analysis of departmental data to generate key performance indicators, supporting reporting and continuous improvement of investigations and screening programs.

· Prepare, develop, and maintain documentation related to investigations and screening departmental meetings.

· Support TM investigations and screening project management initiatives, assisting with strategic improvements and regulatory adaptations.

· Collaborate with departmental personnel to implement and perform ongoing evaluation of onboarded customers to help identify customers outside the Bank’s risk tolerance (e.g., "Do Not Bank List").

· Monitor and stay updated on changes in regulatory guidelines and industry best practices, to assist in ensuring ongoing compliance and effectiveness in investigations and screening activities.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

· Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and manage projects.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and deliver anticipated results within established deadlines.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

· 2+ years of experience in AML investigations within the banking or financial sector.
